This Starter Pack contains two bottles of DCI (D-Chiro-Inositol), as the recommended dose is two capsules per day for women that weigh 60 kg or more. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, therefore 2 bottles are needed for 2 months of use.

Dosering

When you are trying to get pregnant:

Tri Sense – 1 capsule per day with some water during a meal

DCI – 1 capsule daily per 60 kg body weight before a meal

< 60 kg: 1 capsule
60 – 120 kg: 2 capsules per day
>120 kg: 3 capsules per day

Every Day Mama Multivitamin – 1 capsule 2 times daily with some water during a meal

D3 – 1 tablet daily with some water during a meal

Omega 3 – 1 capsule daily with some water during a meal
2nd / 3rd trimester 2 capsules per day
