Take one level scoop of Myo Inositol 40:1 Comple daily, dissolved in water or a smoothie. Stir well and drink immediately.

Preferably on an empty stomach (for example, half an hour before a meal), not with proteins. Combining it with carbohydrates (smoothie or fruit juice) is not a problem.

And 1 SixSense capsule after a meal.
