Period Power is an organic herbal tea, specially developed for women who may need extra support around their period.

The blend is made from carefully selected herbs such as chamomile, yarrow, oregano, raspberry leaf and rose petals. The herbs are grown naturally, without artificial additives, fragrances or flavourings.

Everything is 100% plant-based, caffeine-free and organic.

The tea is supplied as a loose herbal blend in a 65-gram package. Makes approximately 30 cups, depending on how strong you like your tea.

What is in it and why?

Chamomile is known for its relaxing properties. It is often used to help soothe menstrual cramps and supports a good night's sleep.*
Yarrow is traditionally used to support the blood vessels and circulation.*
Raspberry leaf has been used for generations to support the uterus. It can help relax the muscles and relieve menstrual cramps.
Oregano & Rose petals have soothing, aromatic and harmonising properties – for that little bit of extra comfort.

Use

How to prepare Period Power Tea:
Boil water. Use approximately 2 teaspoons of the herbal blend per cup (250 ml) in a tea bag or tea infuser. Let steep for 7–10 minutes.

Would you like to prepare a pot?
Use 4 to 8 teaspoons, depending on the size of your teapot (0.5 to 1 liter).

Can you reuse the tea leaves?
Yes, you can. However, the flavor and potency will be milder. Re-steep a maximum of twice per serving of herbs.

How many cups per day?
Drink 2 to 4 cups per day during your period or as advised.

Store Ovabalance Period Power in a dry place at room temperature.
