Female Balance is an organic herbal blend specially developed for women who want to support their natural cycle. The tea contains cinnamon, ginger, lemon balm and motherwort, among other herbs traditionally used to promote calm, warmth and balance.

This tea is caffeine-free, 100% plant-based and free from additives. A 65-gram bag makes approximately 30 cups of tea. Female Balance is intended for daily use. A gentle foundation for your hormonal balance.

What is in it and why?

Cinnamon supports the reproductive system and urinary tract. It helps maintain normal blood sugar levels and supports healthy skin.*
Ginger helps promote vitality and energy and supports the immune system.*
Spearmint helps promote digestive comfort.*
Nettle helps maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.*
Lemon balm helps promote relaxation and supports the normal function of the digestive system.*
Motherwort helps promote comfort before and during menstruation.*
Alfalfa helps maintain normal blood sugar levels*.

Use

Use 2 teaspoons of the herbal blend per cup (250 ml) in a tea strainer or filter. Boil the water and let the tea steep for 5 to 8 minutes.

Prefer to brew a pot?
Then use 4 to 8 teaspoons, depending on the size of your teapot (usually 0.5 to 1 liter).

Re-steeping multiple times?
You can re-steep the herbal blend up to two more times. After that, the taste and effects will be milder.

How many cups per day?
Drink 1 to 3 cups of Female Balance tea per day.

Store Ovabalance Female Balance tea in a dry place at room temperature.
