What exactly is in one daily dose of MenoFormula?

Per daily dose of 2 capsules: 400 mg organic maca, 150 mg red clover extract (20 percent isoflavones), 150 mg kudzu root extract (40 percent isoflavones), 100 mg monk's root, 70 mg hop extract (4 percent flavones), 50 mg dong quai and 40 mg black cohosh.

How many isoflavones does MenoFormula contain?

The two standardized sources provide a total of approximately 90 mg of isoflavones per daily dose: 30 mg from 150 mg of red clover at 20 percent, and 60 mg from 150 mg of kudzu at 40 percent. When comparing with another product, check whether the extract or the isoflavones themselves are listed.

Can I combine MenoFormula with (Pre) Menstrual Support?

Both products contain chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus). MenoFormula contains 100 mg per daily dose. Therefore, do not use them together without consulting us. Choose one, or explain your situation to our product advisors.

How long does one package of MenoFormula last?

One package contains 60 capsules. At the daily dosage of 2 capsules, that is 30 days. For an evaluation period of 8 to 12 weeks, you need two to three packages.
