Ik gebruik het nu 2 maanden en voor mijn gevoel valt er wel minder haar uit. Ik merk alleen nog niet dat mijn haar weer dikker voelt als ik het vast pak. Maar misschien heeft dat meer tijd nodig

Wat fijn dat je merkt dat er minder haar uitvalt. Dit is zeker positief. Het heeft inderdaad langer de tijd nodig dat je merkt dat het ook weer dikker aanvoelt. Gemiddeld groeit het haar op je hoofdhuid ongeveer 1 tot 1,5 centimeter per maand. Dus voor het echt weer dikker aanvoelt wanneer je het vastpakt heb je wat langer geduld voor nodig.

Can biotin affect the results of a blood test?

Yes, that is possible. High doses of biotin can interfere with certain laboratory tests, including thyroid levels and cardiac markers. This supplement contains 2.6 mg of biotin per daily dose. Therefore, inform your doctor if you are having blood tests and consult them about whether you should temporarily stop taking it.

Can I combine HairFormula with the individual zinc supplement?

Pay attention to the total amount. HairFormula contains 10 mg of zinc per daily dose, Zinc Essential Mineral contains 15 mg. Together that is 25 mg, exactly the acceptable upper limit that the EFSA applies to adults. In case of long-term combined use, consultation with a doctor is advisable.

Does HairFormula contain iron?
