Pregnancy Support is an organic herbal tea, formulated for pregnant women.
The blend contains herbs that can support you with fatigue, moments of rest, and maintaining healthy hydration.

The tea contains only plant-based ingredients of organic origin and is free from caffeine, fragrances, and flavorings.

Each package contains 60 grams of loose tea. Makes about 30 cups. Pregnancy Support is intended as a supportive ritual during pregnancy. Gentle, pure, and tailored to your changing needs.

What is in it and why?

Ginger contributes to an energetic feeling.* Also widely used for (morning) nausea.
Chamomile is known for its calming effect. Supports relaxation and restful sleep.* Also soothes heartburn.
Nettle helps maintain good hydration.* Naturally contains iron, calcium, and vitamin C – useful during pregnancy.
Calendula (Marigold) is traditionally used for digestive comfort.*
Rose blossom adds a gentle aroma and harmonizing effect. For a tea moment that truly feels like self-care.

Use

How to prepare Pregnancy Support Tea:
Use 2 teaspoons of the herbal mix per cup (250 ml) in a tea infuser or tea bag. Let steep for 5–7 minutes in boiled water. Take time to sit, drink, and relax.

Prefer to make a pot?
Then use 4 to 8 teaspoons per half to one liter.

Re-steeping multiple times?
You can, but the taste and potency will become milder. Maximum twice per serving of herbs.

How many cups per day?
Our advice: 1 to 2 cups per day during your pregnancy.
